An Iberian Celebration Spread
A delicious and easy way to entertain and feed your Guests.
The Holidays are right around the corner, and suddenly we are thinking about all the gatherings and events we will be hosting for family and friends and all the meals we will have to cook. After a few holidays tainted by Covid, we are excited about the season ahead and can’t wait to finally be able, with safety in mind, to celebrate with all our loved ones.
This year, I want to spend more time with family and friends and less time planning, shopping, prepping, and cooking. I do love to host a sit-down dinner, but sometimes it can get overwhelming with all there is to do, so I decided to host a different way this year.
Not willing to compromise on Style or Taste, I figured out a few things on how to create a delightful and inspiring presentation for my guests with minimal effort and time.

You are done and ready!
Notes & Tips
- I used organic canned beans to go faster (which is the point of this spread), but feel free to cook your own beans from scratch a day in advance if you want.
- Also, if you don’t find Clementines, you can substitute them with regular oranges; that would be great too. Remember, there are no rules here, just pure fun!!!
- If you have extra time and want to add some freshness to your spread, you can toss together, in a big bowl, a mix of lettuces and endives with some olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Perfect and easy side dish!
- There are no specific quantities on purpose, as it depends on each crowd you will prepare this for. Perfect for two or 40 people….
